Good work! I've stopped deadlifting because I feel like it frequently causes lower back pain (skill issue?) but there's nothing quite like picking up a ton of weight off the ground

Yeh, it's a risk with deadlifts. This is why I switched to only doing trap bar deadlifts a year ago.
