Double the flavour when the edge ratio isn’t just 100% crust. If eating an uncut sandwich, eating at least half the crust first gets you to a better ratio for the rest. I tend to eat the whole crust off a full sandwich to get from 100% crust to 100% no crust ratio, enjoying every ratio between 😂
