Agreed. Engagement means so much more than follower count. 
I have a bunch of TikTok followers that only followed me because I posted dumb thirst traps during the pandemic. Now if I want to actually say anything or post my art, I get damn near radio silence from most of them 
because that’s not what they followed me for. 
We live and learn I suppose lol.
