Quick follow on: Could you imagine the same people NOT shipping fast, if something non-obvious in your company culture was removed? (I’m trying to extract what other teams can learn)

Yes. Easy to scope out each feature to be perfect (nailing all the little details) compounds into fewer overall ships / experiments / learning. Over a few years, your startup has way less output. Prematurely solving problems slow death of pre pmf startups
