Yeah idea is not a channel — it’s a whole client. Off the shelf WC clone for *your* community

Channels are ultimately still WC sub-communities

Kinda tangent kinda not but I think it would be cool if someone rebuilt the FWB app as a Farcaster client

This is, to some extent, what we're up to at Towns. We're building a protocol for decentralized E2E messaging, but also a web/mobile client specifically for these types of groups. Will play v nicely w WC channels and all onchain assets.

To me a massive thing that is powerful and sticky about WC has been using this twitter model, but on a smaller, cozier community scale
