I journal but not daily and it’s usually just a stream of consciousness but it’s cringe and unpublishable

i like to rant on loose paper then burn it

you could do a digital journal? otherwise just make it a routine, i usually do it right before bed... gets me into a calm and sleepy state

i want to start jotting down this new chapter in my life but i’m bad at starting stuff and always lose my journals 😭
