My understanding is that ALL amounts, also smaller than 3000 EUR are prohibited to self hosted wallets where the receiver is anonymous

mhh, I already had to reasonably make sure that eg those who I‘m sending money to are not on OFAC, so I couldn‘t do anonymous payments already since a while, or not? Also I have to make sure to not send to North Korea etc
