What’s privacy like on these crypto credit/debit cards (b card, gnosis pay, etherfi x scroll)? Does the onchain transaction contain any metadata about the transaction itself? Could this be exploited?

As far as the metadata of the transaction internals, it depends on whether the vendor is keeping track. Anything big box is already coding that data. There are prepaid cards you can now get that block certain purchases but allow others. CBDCs are already here, the dollar already is one. We just haven't realized it yet.

To find out we’d have to find someone who actually uses them. Weird thing about crypto people is they tend to avoid off-ramping.

The only truly private tx right now from my perspective is Liquid.

Gnosis Pay transactions are public on the blockchain just like your non-custodial wallet transactions, making it easy for anyone to track when and where you use the card. By following the payment trail, someone can see your spending history, trace back to the wallet funding the card, and potentially uncover your entire balance and investment history. This lack of privacy can expose personal financial details and even lead to identifying you. if you're ENS is attached to wallet that's funding the card and lets say your details like twitter, linkedin (real name), location (Spain), where your work is there on your ENS profile then someone have chance to threat physically as well. yes, I'm not kidding. check this👇🏻 https://x.com/gajeramitulv/status/1835590111087485299

Privacy on these crypto cards may vary. It's important to research each one's privacy features before using. Transaction metadata could potentially be exploited
