What’s privacy like on these crypto credit/debit cards (b card, gnosis pay, etherfi x scroll)?

Does the onchain transaction contain any metadata about the transaction itself? 

Could this be exploited?

As far as the metadata of the transaction internals, it depends on whether the vendor is keeping track. Anything big box is already coding that data. There are prepaid cards you can now get that block certain purchases but allow others.

CBDCs are already here, the dollar already is one. We just haven't realized it yet.
