I’ve been having great success in reducing my “terminally online” behaviour, so I’m going even further: ⏲️ app limits 🧘 focus modes and offline hours 📰 monochromatic mode 🆕 hiding social apps to avoid temptation during leisure time the goal is not disconnection, but intentional use only

Very interesting experiment. Last year, in order to finish my master's degree, I left my phone on "bedtime" mode (do not disturb + screen in black and white) and only picked it up 3 hours after waking up. It was great for my concentration and for my mental health.

This is the way 🚀 Reclaiming your time to focus is one of the healthiest things you can do in this day and age. Some people are so sucked in, they don’t think they have the option to pause the treadmill to regain composure. Sometimes you just need to see someone else do it so you know how it can be done. Happy to see you’re taking back control @thumbsup.eth
