Iāve been having great success in reducing my āterminally onlineā behaviour, so Iām going even further: ā²ļø app limits š§ focus modes and offline hours š° monochromatic mode š hiding social apps to avoid temptation during leisure time the goal is not disconnection, but intentional use only

This is the way š Reclaiming your time to focus is one of the healthiest things you can do in this day and age. Some people are so sucked in, they donāt think they have the option to pause the treadmill to regain composure. Sometimes you just need to see someone else do it so you know how it can be done.
