I used to be quite good at strength training. I had 300 lb bench etc. Haven't been in the gym at all in 5 months. Started doing push-ups for some discipline lately. Still hitting the same reps and sets as I was when I was benching 300. I assume I haven't lost much if any strength. We will find out when I get back in the gym next week.
