Do you have a good fitness tracker to recommend? I'd like to understand my sleep better but I'm not sold on the Oura ring or Whoop.

Do you also want to track workouts etc? Apple Watch is decent if you’re already in the ecosystem. Otherwise, I’d recommend one of the Garmin/competitors.

Absolutely. But the quality/accuracy of sleep tracking is key

if I were to be honest, no wrist based solution can track your sleep accurately.

The main reason why I got over the phase is the cognitive dissonance of having a great score and feeling lousy, & vice versa.

High sleep quality score is not directly linked to how you feel in the morning. For example mid you sleep at high temps you feel more fatigued. But the sleep score is high because you slept all night without many movements.
