I am currently completely working my spiritual practices as what I've been doing the last several years has gotten stagnant.

The last year of recovering from a broken leg - still have a bit of a limp, but am mostly better - took a mental toll compounded with cram-packed school semesters.

Figuring out a next phase is rough...

Ever tried shadow work? That's what I'm doing rn. This book is a pretty good place to start:

Oh, I've pretty much mastered shadow work.  Wrote a whole journaling book full of shadow work prompts in 2017 :D I've reached multiple levels of ecstatic enlightenment and each requires a new reworking of ways.

You could take some new or different different ideas/practices and write them on slips of paper, put in a hat and pick one. At least to get some direction at first.
