i’ve read the feedback and want to make sure that at least one workout a week is more inclusive so today’s warpcast workout has NO jumping or lunges but it still gets the heart rate up! 💥 low impact scorcher 💥 1. scissors with chest press 2 x 10 2. dumbbell marches 2 x 10 3. dumbbell swings 2 x 10 4. side plank with lifts 2 x 5 each side 5. donkey kicks 2 x 5 each side 6. forward,side, back (with bands) 2 x 5 each side if you don’t have dumbbells do it without them or replace with a waterbottle! I’m hoping more of you will be able to take part today! 🙏🏾 as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions/feedback!

Thank you for this! I've reached the point where I can bear weight on both legs, and even put most of my weight on the leg I broke, but jumping is still most definitely out of the question! <3
