I was also wondering how much leeway there was with the big providers on credit amounts and timelines. We're close to the end of our Google credits.

If you ask your aws contact nicely, they can hook you up.  AWS contact = the liason through your incubator / accelerator / reach through AWS Activate

I had a similar problem. Best idea I've had is to ask the people using the servers to give me some money.

If it’s about managed servers alibaba has also a 100k program - same same, maybe half the costs.
Ovh is the best hosted - 4x reduction in costs but you need to hire a devops. Also has a 100k program.
If you used tulips go to cloudflare- 10x reduction in costs (my favorite)
