The President of TheETFStore announced on X platform that the amount of funds flowing into Bitcoin spot ETFs in the past three days has reached 2.3 billion US dollars. Previously, some people thought that having $2 billion in funds flowing into Bitcoin spot ETFs throughout 2024 would be considered lucky enough, but the result was only $2.3 billion in funds flowing after Trump's victory. @tired-potato

On Friday local time, US Special Counsel Jack Smith requested that the federal judge in charge of the election interference case cancel all upcoming court deadlines, taking a step towards revoking the case. Smith stated that he plans to submit a document on December 2nd outlining how to handle this criminal case since Trump has been elected president. Smith's office stated that the case will be dropped because according to the policy of the Department of Justice, the current president cannot be prosecuted. In Friday's filing, Smith stated that his office needs "time to assess this unprecedented situation and determine an appropriate course of action that aligns with the policies of the Department of Justice." According to reports, Smith accused Trump of illegally attempting to stay in office after losing to Biden in the 2020 election. @gyokeres

A judge in New York has ruled that the criminal trial of TornadoCash co-founder RomanStorm will be postponed until April 2025 to resolve differences in expert witness disclosures. The original trial date was set for December of this year. Storm's legal team has applied for an injunction to the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn the order regarding the expert witness, and its hearing is scheduled for November 12th. Storm is charged with three counts of aiding money laundering, unauthorized remittance, and violating sanctions. If convicted, he will face up to 45 years in prison. @tv1

According to TheInformation, the US Department of Commerce launched an investigation into TSMC earlier this month to confirm whether it provided chips to Huawei. Subsequently, TSMC stopped supplying chips to Sophgo, an artificial intelligence company associated with Bitmain. According to two informed sources, TSMC has cut off chip supplies to related companies. Since 2020, Huawei has been prohibited from purchasing chips manufactured using American technology, including chips produced by TSMC. TSMC has stated that it uses American technology in its chip manufacturing process and will comply with US laws. Previously, it was reported that semiconductor research company TechInsights claimed that after dismantling Huawei's current high-end artificial intelligence (AI) accelerator chip Ascend910B, it was discovered that this chip may have been manufactured by TSMC, which also means that TSMC may have violated US export controls. @jufugyf

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino once again responded to the investigation of FUD on X platform: "At Tether, we often deal directly with law enforcement officials to help prevent rogue states, terrorists, and criminals from abusing USDt. If we were investigated as falsely claimed in the (Wall Street Journal) article, we would know. Based on this, we can confirm that the allegations in the article are absolutely false." Previously, The Wall Street Journal reported that insiders revealed that the federal government is investigating whether the cryptocurrency company Tether may have violated sanctions and anti money laundering regulations. The US Treasury Department has considered imposing sanctions on Tether, the issuer of the stablecoin USDT. @sewatye @seunminiok

On the 18th local time, Russian President Putin met with representatives of mainstream media from his own country, as well as China, Brazil, Egypt, India, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, South Africa and other BRICS countries in Moscow, and answered relevant questions. Putin stated that the timing for building a unified currency among BRICS countries is still not ripe. Putin stated that currently, the proportion of trade settled in domestic currency between Russia and other countries has reached 95%. Putin also stated that Russia is working with BRICS countries to build a clearing system similar to SWIFT. Previously reported, Putin stated that Russia will provide opportunities for BRICS partners to use digital currencies in the investment process. @esuww19dyo
