We’re hiring a staff level engineer at Pinata. We’ve got a solid applicant pool but I’d love to see more female engineering candidates. Any tips on good job boards or places to post this opening that will help encourage that?

I’d try finding the women’s group for whatever programming language you’re working in and start there (eg women who go for go engineers)
