agree memes could potentially attract new people if/when the market becomes bullish again, but there are no guarantees. I'm only onboarding new users manually. the market is filled with airdrop&free money hunters, who’re not valuable users. there are no retail users at all, only builders and creators.

Well said. This time is full of good reminders that incentives matter and are not created equal—if it was true that everyone was “here for the money” then walk/eat/breathe to earn would’ve been enough to onboard everyone, but it’s not. We need fun/simple/useful stuff.

Don't you need a commercial lens (extrinsic ($)) perspective when creating content/communities so that it can appeal to and onboard more users? Otherwise you'd end up in an echochamber with those 100k memecoin holders.
