brb currently getting shilled the new solana mobile Seeker, “the home of the best web3 apps in the market” there are apparently rewards baked in with the Seeker Genesis token??? genuine Q: what happens to these mobile phones if Apple and Android introduce crypto compatibility with their wallet or pay products?

Have a seeker on order, could have sold the meme coins I was dropped in the spring for a net positive, as they are now it’s maybe $150 worth of tokens, mostly $mew and $wen iirc Toly has been adamant if they move the berries then that issue win, though I imagine their ambition expanded when the presales really took off. Let’s hope they deliver a good product. Tbd

genuine Q: what happens to these mobile phones if Apple and Android introduce crypto compatibility with their wallet or pay products? then they either are already too good and locked people in or become nieche and may die

Crypto phones ... physical or virtual can have their place next to big 2 ecosystems and even within them, it all depends on the price point and niche they choose. Honestly don't think there's a space for big hardware game but virtual mobile providers could integrate into their android versions bunch of useful things. we, apple folks, we won't change - be it with crypto support or without it, right 😉

Wouldn't that be pushing it I mean everything phone then becomes a crypto mining machine And if so real banks could go under at this point

I think Solana is doing something very beneficial to the crypto industry with their mobile phones. It's a brilliant way into bridging people across from web2 to web3 in a neat manner
