today's commentary about Caroline's court day seems anchored on her appearance and relationship with SBF, rather than her unethical and bad business decisions — and it is really hitting a nerve for me for some reason. am i the only one? https://warpcast.com/ted/0x6250528a

Yup frustrating. I don’t care what she was wearing or if some photog got a bad angle. I want to know what she said, not what she looked like. Btw what was Gary wearing last week? Is he hot? I have no idea, heard no mention, and also don’t care. It’s not relevant.

this is the trial version of 'who's your boyfriend / husband' (or worse, like assuming women at crypto conferences are sex workers) that happens to professional women

Definitely not the only one, it’s annoying the double standards placed in these situations. What she looks like or is wearing has zilch to do with the crimes she’s being accused of 🤷‍♀️

not the only one — commenting on someone’s innate physical appearance is cruel and unbecoming.

No it’s annoying. She helped perpetuate fraud in the billions and yet the worst thing about her is that she doesn’t give the spectators a boner or fit conventional beauty standards. Classic and predictable behavior from brypto

Women are brought up to equate appearance with their worth, therefore, it gives men power (as if they need more) to attack this. There was an awful case in UK recently (link below)which illustrated how 'not fuckable' is used to put women 'in their place'. I think it prob used to be 'not marriage material'.
