Normalize unfollowing people if they are uninteresting to you. :)

only if you ship a tab in "settings" where you can manage the list people you have muted. otherwise, you mute them forever and you can't re-find them unless you search their username URL. and i believe in people changing and evolving their interests and changing their casting behaviors or content.

But if they change wouldn’t you rediscover them? Does it matter that you “discovered” them for the 2nd time?

To add to this, I sometimes only want to mute people for some time when they're perhaps posting some spoiler content or talking about one particular recent event that doesn't interest me. It doesn't mean that I don't find them interesting as a whole.

fully agree. we need: ✅ at the user account level, mute management options ✅ at the channel level, ban management options

Great idea When I joined Farcaster, first day I learned about $DEGEN and I also found /count I know people muted me for my involvement as it’s impossible to mute channels.
