Meta's follow the gartner hype cycle: as a result of "some new thing" the meta explodes, catches attention, then comes back down to earth. We've had previous explosions of attention due to frames and tipping; now, AI agents and agent-created memecoins. What metas will sustain as actual behaviors?

Sustainability comes from both growth for people staying and new entry points for new people. Everything you listed either is too easy to game or too hard to join if you’re late
