Great idea. Bad documentation. I think a Cosmos for Ceramic will be more successful. You need something a bit more customizable based on your data type. Also, it only enforces data types but not other “read/write” permissions. I like Tableland.xyz

what does cosmos for ceramic look like? you mean cosmossdk that allow you to roll your own? what do you like about tableland? My impression is that it requires onchain tx to change access?

The incentives don’t work. If I build an app that bootstraps valuable data for them, I don’t retain any value. Plus I the control from my previous reply. Mental model for tableland is simple (it’s a db). I think for valuable data on chain txns are fine, especially if rolled up in the action you are taking.

All valid points! the bigger gap that a improved ceramic could fill tho is a more general version of fc. devs not only bootstrap but also leveraging on exisiting data(maybe identities)
