New wallet attribute: ⚓ 𝗟𝟭 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. "Trust but verify" isn't real if wallets don't actually verify. Walletbeat now rates wallets based on whether they verify L1 chain state by running a light client like Helios (cc @ncitron.eth). Raising the bar.

“we do everything while we do everything else” this captures the paradox of modern attention flows

#12 - A Farcaster client/information market gains traction that puts the user's attention as the first class citizen (tastemakers/curators win) (cc @dwr.eth) https://x.com/jaintanay_/status/1876256017002189089

How does @fakepixels live in the philosophical world of ideas and the pragmatic world of action?  "I think the philosophical side is about interpreting or seeing realities—plural, and the doer and operator side is about defining reality—singular. That is a very empowering idea."

watching The Bear showed me how the best in the world in any field pretty much go through the same feelings and share the same attributes in a conversation between two world class chefs - “why do we do this to ourselves?”

the abundance of agents is going to break the attention flywheel as a consequence we’ll see a swing back to a single UI and a preference for human only environments

relationship with nation states sounds like a solid deal maker nation states could allow for network states to form within themselves to form a symbiotic relationship

along what axes will the nation states unbundle into? by axes i mean verticals along which these (network) states compete. I think they will be: - taxes (duh, nations will compete to offer favorable tax rates to retain contributing citizens) - education (not sure, education might very well become a global phenomenon with AI) - healthcare - air, water, and food quality - safety - nature and scenery (the more trees and wildlife, the better) - transport (not sure, in a hyper connected world people may travel less?)

last year showed how the competition for attention drives society's pendulum to swing ever wider - when capturing eyeballs becomes the path to victory, extremes become inevitable the wider the swing, the higher the odds of mean reversion time to return back to reason and logic
