for a state, the army enforces agreements and rules in case of a dispute. this also bridges the gap between real world consequences and the judiciary. smart contracts can enforce themsleves in an onchain world. to bridge consequences to the real world (beyond purely digital), we’ll need robots? ddecentralised enforcement = depin? @balajis.eth
