I’m not vegetarian but think you’re 100% correct that future generations will look back at the meat industry in shock & disgust (think they’ll be flabbergasted we drove our own cars too!). It’ll take longer than 20 yrs though for a full shift to lab-grown meat. Given it addresses some concerns will you try lab

Yes. I’d like to try lab grown meat. It theoretically solves both of my issues: 1) ethical 2) environmental. Look forward to that day!

I feel like I’ve seen Beyond Burgers on menus much more often lately. Haven’t tried one yet, though. What’s it going to take to encourage more meat-eaters to take the leap and try lab-grown meat?
