Consumer internet: 1st place gets a Cadillac, 2nd place steak knives, 3rd place is fired. The market cap of public consumer companies is 2x B2B. But there's a massive power law. The top 5 consumer companies are 88% of its value vs. 31% for B2B. Without the top 5, B2B is 3x consumer.
