Maybe there’s a point where client can sustain venture scale returns. Otherwise client has to crush VC returns or VC return expectations forces clients to capture protocol.

I expect most VC investments force clients to make decisions that aren’t optimal long term. Overtaken by non VC clients.

I think it’s less about client, infrastructure or protocol investments & more about the structure of the investments. The system is setup to dump on the greater fool. It was created before the internet & digitized money existed. It’s anachronistic. Need to address the structure imo

VC hate is so ignorant. Farcaster wouldn’t exist without venture support and neither would the phone you’re typing this on.
