Developing countries, rural areas, impoverished populations, and technologically disconnected groups will be most vulnerable to AI generated misinformation and propaganda. Something to really start thinking about.

+ underdeveloped media literacy, which many times goes ignored because the narrative is technological literacy = media literacy which is absolutely not true
