Should Uniswap keep its interface minimalistic, or add visible token listings and other info? 1. Stay minimalistic 2. Add tokens 3. Other https://i.imgur.com/ipnyQDa.png

1. It makes everything feel impartial and keeps them from accusations of favoritism, etc. hardcore neutrality. That being said, I do think there’s an opportunity for a much better token discovery layer built separately.

1. Crypto is confusing enough for new users. No need to further complicate the most popular DEX.

1. let others build frontends themselves where they can experiment with those ideas. i assume the FE tax is just due to this as well. Just accentuate the MEV-protection in-yer-face style. other experiments w/ token registries etc can be done by others like Yearn, and Liquity frontends.

1. So the consumer user experience remains a horrible and it gives other projects and opportunity to build a better consumer trading experience on the protocol.

3. remove blacklists for users and tokens. instead have a “safe mode” that has the token blacklist. don’t have a user blacklist. but if you must, make it easier for ppl to locally host and fork your frontend (make it a button)

3 I guess I don't fully understand the question or context. Uniswap already displays a huge multitude of tokens that can be swapped. Is the argument whether they should list the random xyz memecoin of the week?

1 Uniswap’s value resides in its ability to have someone quickly switch from one token to another and I think focusing on adding token discovery compromises that Maybe if there was a small button that allowed for token + pool discovery it would be okay, but it has to be done well
