I remember seeing something awhile ago that was something along the lines of 4 30-minute naps and a longer 4 hour sleep, with the idea that in those naps you immediately enter REM

Wake up early everyday, and take breaks to get sunlight in your eyes. It’ll be hard for one week. Here’s that hack I used. I would stare at this type of light, sometimes you have to pull your eye lids open, but you’ll be awake right away
