When using eggs, do you: A) leave the carton in the fridge and just take out an egg? B) take the carton out of the fridge and then take out an egg? This is really only a question for bougie people in the US https://canvass.fun/p/lqv5f1

B. But usually, they stay in a carton on the counter. Unless our chickens aren't laying enough eggs, then I have to go buy some from the store.

I take all the eggs out of the carton into a ceramic egg crate. I take the holder out of fridge to take out an egg.

depending on the refrigerator setup taking an egg out while the carton is in the fridge can be a very awkward maneuver. much easier for said egg to slip out of your graspπ
