i forked telegram web and added frames parsing to urls

haven't finished implementing handling button presses yet because i noticed a lot of this functionality overlaps with the existing bot api, so building a frames bot to check the ux - if it's bad enough i'll continue with native implementation

I had some experience with telegram bots. Can’t use just create a bot-wrapper that will be translating meta tags to bot template?

Aren't Telegram Mini Apps already quite powerful, capable of expressing far richer interactions?
