Not practical until privacy is built in. Railgun has been making moves here, private transitions on Ethereum β€” hiding the sender, recipient, asset, and the amount of asset. v3 in the works with more DeFi integrations ✨ https://x.com/vitalikbuterin/status/1779845886224253369?s=46&t=dO0uo_CgV6MrB7N3NkVjDA

Practical, yes. But extremely unsafe for society to use unshielded USDT. Sadly, most people in this space are far more interested in becoming rich than worrying about the harm it will bring to many if widely adopted. Unfortunately it is also extremely risky to ship a privacy layer in this regulatory environment.

its a feature and a bug - lots of interesting use cases as a result of apps being able to build on this data

You can hate it, but sending usdc or eurc with no tx fees via coinbase wallet is a little game changer. Especially with on/off ramping inside

Interesting question. Due to the regulations the privacy might be harder to achieve. Maybe it should be our primary goal.

'Activity' is not visible, amount is visible There are ways to keep it Private , check 'Nightfall' project or ZKP , or any 3 Layer rollup. Why you wont consider 1 min settlement. Most countries have 30 day settlement from Paypal etc
