Serious question - what do you think now when you see a checkmark on the bird app? Like what is it *giving* signal-wise?

i think “scammer” it will be easy to scam people with the checkmark

Trying to honestly assess thoughts:
- Less chance of bot 
- Person sold out for paying $8
- Must gather more info from follower count and bio

At this point I have no idea what it means lol

A lot more people on my feed now have checkmarks. 

The thing is, I didn't pay much attention before. But now I feel like it's hard not to notice the checkmarks given it's one of the "current things" and everywhere.
