I hate email. Hate it! I once had almost 500k unread emails in my main account. Finally noticed that the provider has a "promotions" filter I could use to delete most of them. Still pay for extra storage because I don't want to go through the rest and figure out what I actually need to keep. Wish I could nuke it all.

Instagram gives me massive anxiety even tho it's my #1 platform. Maybe that's WHY, idk. It's just so public & judgmental. I used to feel that way about Twitter too, but the algo throttles me so much now I assume no one can see anything I post there anyway. Pretty sure there's not a chance in hell of me using Telegram.

Could be a multitiude of reasons, an overload of being online, a need to to feel up to date but most importantly its a sign that online use must get very regulated or atleast met woth a irl prize for positive reinforcement of these tasks, hope it makes sense =))

Me. Because it's too much to be on hand all the time especially with Twitter. One day off and we get punished. I can't seem to attract more followers even after so many years. Other people seem to be way more popular. Many many many reasons

I would also add the mailbox in the building to the list. Whenever I look at it,I'm afraid I'll see some warnings because I was late with the payment. Once upon a time, I opened it expecting postcards from friends and beautiful New Year's cards
