Instagram gives me massive anxiety even tho it's my #1 platform. Maybe that's WHY, idk. It's just so public & judgmental. I used to feel that way about Twitter too, but the algo throttles me so much now I assume no one can see anything I post there anyway. Pretty sure there's not a chance in hell of me using Telegram.
