i often get asked βhow does a triple jumper trainβ well below is my week of training! my coach sends me my programme each sunday and we work in 4 week cycles! general work is conditioning exercises like circuits core, balance and mobility.

my supplements are curcumin, cod liver oil, magnesium, collagen, vitamin d and iron. I try to do a food first approach but because of having double sessions and travelling its quite hard to get every vitamin from food alone. I am gluten free, and have a high protein breakfast and and post training meal!

Thank you for the insight ππ½ My partner @snaccoon has introduced me to food prepping as a way to better control diet and eat more efficiently. It certainly takes a fair amount of time to do the planning/shopping/ and prep. I feel like it's really given me a lot better handle on my food and feels great all week when I don't have to cook or do dishes when I'm by myself.
