Weather tomorrow will be nice for outside run. I can handle under 40F -or- above 15 mph winds. But not both today 🥶 💨 10 on the dreadmill. Last 2 miles at HM race pace

120 average HR for that avg pace is crazy low, is that your zone 1 or zone 2?

Calibration off on first 8 First 8 at 6.5 mph Last 2 at 7.7 mph My HR runs about 5-7 bpm lower on a treadmill vs outside

ahh ok makes sense, still nice though. i think for that pace/duration my HR would likely be in the high 130's

I’m late 40s so 155 for a HM race is death to me 👀 😵

ahhhh ok that makes more sense then actually, lower max HR so your zones are way different than mine (at age 33). i can still tap into the 190's if i want to puke lol

or high 180's. when i'm unconditioned i can get into the 190s but when i'm conditioned and my heart is bigger/stronger i'm more capped at like 185

damn, i went back to my 5k race in october but i forgot the rain really screwed up the HR readings. i ran an 18:31 5k but these heart rate readings are not accurate at all

this is the readings from an intervals workout a few weeks before the race though, this was def a grueling workout lol (only run times shown in screenshot, there were recovery periods and wu/cd)
