African Cuisine Class begins.

This is where most of what will define my identity as a chef will be born.

Even with the numerous Afro-fusion chefs out here today, we still don’t thoroughly show off what African ingredients can contribute to the gourmet world of cooking.

I've never had a peanut soup, that sounds interesting!

So I’d say vegetables soup in Africa takes a very distinct shape from what anyone in the west or other parts of the world would imagine 

But even across Africa, we’d have similar takes on it even though it’s different recipes with different leaves.

In that way, Vegetable soup would be my answer.

Another answer would be peanut soup.
