what's one normal life thing that would improve if it was onchain, and why? I'll start: library (book) cards - public record of who checked out what book, condition they returned it in, list of books I've checked out, can see what other people are reading, transparent checkout queue. wdyt?

wow I had no idea this was a bill! makes sense though, thanks for sharing this perspective. maybe a zkp somewhere in this implementation generally a big fan of finding ways blockchains can improve access to info & improve public goods without sacrificing privacy
