These blocks of time aren't common practice in our always busy and over-scheduled American culture. Do you find ways to incorporate enough of these unstructured blocks of time into your days, weeks or your year? If so, how? If not, why? also, +1 to your experience @eriks 🤝

I actually find that times where I’m under limitations or boundaries but still expected to create or improvise, that I tend to be quicker to explore my own creativity. It’s like the inner me just doesn’t want the limits so I’m more apt to find new ways to flourish in that space.

Haha for me I know I WILL always shift them if I can😅 but then there’s that special time when I can’t put it off and I start churning stuff out, the other time is basically prep and leisure even when working
