These blocks of time aren't common practice in our always busy and over-scheduled American culture. Do you find ways to incorporate enough of these unstructured blocks of time into your days, weeks or your year? If so, how? If not, why? also, +1 to your experience @eriks π€

my active work hours are from 11am to 3pm. that's my busy time + my writing time when I'm working on writing. sometimes I have another hour or two in the evening the rest of the time I'm at home with my husband and my baby, doing stuff β cooking, chores, playground, etc.

I actually find that times where Iβm under limitations or boundaries but still expected to create or improvise, that I tend to be quicker to explore my own creativity. Itβs like the inner me just doesnβt want the limits so Iβm more apt to find new ways to flourish in that space.
