I just had the most random insight ever when I eat, I donโt chew my food well. and If I could just start at least chewing better, Iโd probably get my body in a better shape for summer.

chew each bite of food 30 times before swallowing is a good rule for mindfulness while eating ๐ Itโs actually a lot harder than it sounds though ๐

It is very hard, I tried it! ๐ After 3d bite I already forgot I need to chew 30 times and found myself chewing as usual 5,6,..10 times. ๐
