Biohacking - First Steps👣 My journey into biohacking started with counting the steps I take in a day. Modern science suggests that you should aim for at least 6,000 steps daily, and regularly hitting 10,000 steps is linked to good physical fitness. To combat a sedentary lifestyle, doing 30 minutes of exercise five times a week is also a great option. I regularly monitor my heart rate and keep track of my sleep quality.

With my girlfriends we started a spring challenge to introduce healthy habits. It's been a week already. I want to share the results. 1. Early rising at 8:00 2. Contrast showers or dousing 3. Charge for 10 minutes 4. Facial massage for 20 minutes 5. 5000 steps minimum. 6. A minimum of 30 minutes of sport 7. Reading a book of 20 pages 8. English 20 minutes 9. Go to bed before 24:00 It works for me except for early rising and early waste to bed.

Freelance time management: how to have time to live Freelancers with experience are often so sucked in by work that you are immersed in it 24/7. The result is no time for family, personal hobbies, growing chronic fatigue and blurring the lines between life and work. And such a regimen works in the opposite direction of efficiency. Gathered for you some recommendations that will help you unload and feel comfortable 👇🏻 Schedule is the main thing you need to put on the rails in remote work. Take your biological clock into account. Learn to prioritize your time. Break down a project into specific sequential steps. You'll see - with proper planning, you'll stop working around the clock and start to really relax 👌🏻.

We always move forward to success. It is very important to be able to set yourself up for success and start doing something. Have you set a goal for a year? And now try to set yourself one small goal every month. If the goal is difficult, break it into pieces and complete the tasks every day for a month. With this approach, by the end of the month you will have 12 completed goals! Dare and change your life for the better!

The 50/20/30 rule for family budgeting 💰 Elizabeth and Amelia Warren, authors of All Your Wealth: a Master Money Plan for Life, describe a simple but effective way to budget. They recommend dividing the budget structure into three main components: ✅ 50% of income should cover essential expenses such as housing, taxes and groceries; ✅ 30% for optional expenses such as entertainment, going to cafes and movies, etc.; ✅ 20% is spent on paying off loans and debts, as well as set aside as a reserve. Family budget planning is one of the pillars of managing personal finances and achieving financial well-being. Do not neglect it!

Rule of three For those who are not in terms with numbers or cannot do nine things a day, Chris Bailey, the author of the book “My Productive Year”, came up with the rule of three. It says that to achieve productivity, it is enough to do the three most important things every day. Instead of scattering your strength and attention on a couple of dozen items on the checklist, just choose the three most important tasks for the day and focus on them. The next day, choose three more, and so on. So you will stay focussed. The same rule can be used to set goals for a week, a month or a year.

"Forrest Gump", USA, 1994. The movie that I offer today for viewing is one of the most uplifting American movies that can't help but leave a mark on your soul. Forrest Gump does not shine with intelligence, but has an open and kind heart, and the movie tells his amazing story. He suddenly becomes a famous soccer player, a war hero and a businessman with a billion in his pocket. But his nature has not changed over the years, and this movie shows us how important it is to remain ourselves. And it also helps us to feel life. And in its various manifestations - good and bad, sudden twists and turns and randomness that make it so valuable and exciting. And yes, Forrest needs so little to be happy that you can't help but want to follow his example.
