Approached by Amazon today offering their shipping service for us at FILA. Is my concern for businesses giving them the deliveries insight en masse warranted?

Unless specifically excluded in contract/TOS, No doubt they marry the databases to theirs to mine customer data. I am interested to know if that means you have to also list a brand store on the Amazon site. I have seen more and more of these.

No idea. It was an automated LinkedIn message that I duly ignored when it a) listed where I work and b) said its target is small/medium-sized businesses. But the systems thinker in me wondered how many will sacrifice their data for a few bob saved on shipping fulfilment. At scale this is jolly concerning.

IF they also force you to create a brand page, then in theory they should be able to prove they will be opening new markets or making it easier for your customers to obtain your products within the Amazon ecosystem not just cost savings. Would fit with their flywheel model. Agree bad LI DM targeting to you though.
