set to 600. hit 1.5x on all active days and aim for 0.8x during active recovery days

Apple/Oura trends do some of the weekly stuff. But there is a super simple way ... it is called the pencil+notebook method π The objective is to directionally know that you are hitting whatever/whenever you need to hit and be aware, not to close rings imo. overtime, we might get better apps π€·π»ββοΈ
