I feel like I know what @dawufi would  say 🤦🏾‍♂️

I remember in one of the farming sims probably Stardew you would have a small chance at growing a huge crop by growing it in a 3x3 plot. Sort of a fun element  that added some dimension to the growing

Mushroom could be nice also potato onion garlic etc

Tooo many to choose from. Probably 
root crops: garlic, onions, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beets, etc.

Would be fun to see creative space hybrids! Like… I dunno, watermelon corn 👩🏻‍🌾
