Reddit is undefeated for all fitness stuff. Decade+ of collective knowledge and personal experiences, easily searchable, always finding new stuff. Probably applicable for any hobby or practice beyond fitness too.

Hmm I actually think YouTube is a better source - though I used both in my early journey. My consumption was heavy during noob gains phase and tapered rapidly once I seriously training.

The biggest issue at scale is that it’s often the blind leading the blind over there. Curation/moderation are super important to make sure the quality of info stays high

the people’s wikipedia love seeing knowledge bases crystallize there, subreddits kinda hit a point where they’re mostly bot run or dupes and that’s when you know you maybe hit some local truth.
